Terms of Service
Last Updated: 9 January 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and REUNI LTD ("REUNI", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16677912), with its registered office at 56 Argosy Crescent, Eastleigh, England, SO50 5RW.
By accessing or using the REUNI mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
To use REUNI, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid UK university email address (.ac.uk domain)
- Be based in the United Kingdom
- Maintain only one account per person
Graduates who previously verified their student status may continue to use their accounts. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
2. Platform Overview
REUNI is a peer-to-peer marketplace that enables UK university students to buy and sell event tickets from platforms such as Fatsoma and FIXR.
Important: REUNI is not the ticket seller. We provide a platform to connect buyers and sellers. The actual ticket transaction occurs between users.
How It Works:
- Sellers list tickets they legally own
- Buyers make offers or purchase at the listed price
- Payment is processed via Stripe and held in escrow
- Sellers transfer tickets via the original ticketing platform (Fatsoma/FIXR)
- Funds are released to the seller the day after the event at 6:00 AM UK time
3. Payments and Fees
Fee Structure
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Ticket Price | Set by seller (no caps) |
| Service Fee | £1.99 + 10% of ticket price (paid by buyer) |
| Seller Receives | 100% of the listed ticket price |
Payment Processing
- All payments are processed in GBP via Stripe
- Sellers must complete Stripe Connect identity verification before listing
- Funds are held in escrow until the event date plus one day
Escrow and Payout Schedule
- Payout Release: Event date + 1 day at 6:00 AM UK time
- Grace Period: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM for buyers to file disputes
- After Grace Period: Funds are released to seller's bank account
4. Seller Responsibilities
As a seller on REUNI, you agree to:
- Only list tickets that you legally own and have the right to transfer
- Ensure tickets are registered in your name (verified via screenshot validation)
- Transfer tickets to the buyer within 48 hours of accepting an offer
- Not cancel accepted offers without a valid reason
